It usually takes us 3-5 days to make or process your order. All our products are made from China and shipped by express, which takes 7-12 days.


International taxes and duties:

Please note that products include taxes and fees, but we have no control over how long your package is held by customs or other fees that may be charged when your order arrives. Customers will be responsible for paying any other fees or hidden charges imposed on packages by the destination country.


20 Day Exchange Policy - We only accept exchanges

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are sorry to hear that the product is unsuitable. We will be happy to exchange it for you. Please ship it back to our return address in China for a refund and place a new order in exchange.



Please contact us for a return address.

Please send the item back for exchange with the original purchase receipt and make sure the receipt has the tag attached. Missing receipt may delay the refund process and exchanges without tags will not be accepted.

Once the product is received, the product fee will be refunded to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancel

If your order is canceled due to out of stock, you will receive a 100% refund. If a customer requests cancellation after placing an order, 5% credit cancellation fee will be charged.

All packages are fully insured by us and you will receive a 100% refund if the package is lost.
